Today, April 25th, marks the birthday of 1961 PGA Champion Jerry Barber! Born in 1916 in Woodson, Illinois, a town west of Springfield, Barber wasn't the biggest golfer, standing at just 5-foot-5. But what he lacked in height, he made up for in precision. He was known for his incredible accuracy and exceptional putting skills.
